Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use PharmDL. By using our services you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

PharmDL provides HIPAA-compliant courier delivery of prescription medications, groceries, and healthcare essentials from partner pharmacies and facilities to authorized recipients. PharmDL is a logistics and delivery service only. PharmDL is not a pharmacy, does not dispense, compound, or counsel on medications, and does not practice pharmacy or medicine. All prescription items originate from and remain the responsibility of a licensed pharmacy or healthcare provider.

You must register an account to access most services. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are protected by device biometric verification and session security controls as part of our HIPAA compliance program.

• Orders are scheduled subject to driver and coverage availability within your service area.
• Deliveries involving controlled substances, refrigeration, or other special handling are subject to additional requirements and surcharges disclosed before checkout.
• Proof of delivery (signature, photo, and/or GPS confirmation) may be required.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated) through Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately after your payment is successfully processed. Plan pricing, included deliveries, and overage rates are disclosed on our pricing page and within the App at the time of subscription. Subscription terms, including refund eligibility, are described in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Subscription Agreement.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. PharmDL never stores your full card number. You authorize us to charge the selected plan or delivery amount, plus any applicable taxes, surcharges, and overage fees, to your payment method on file.

Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By subscribing you acknowledge those terms.

Referral credits are governed by our Referral Program Terms. Credits have no cash value and may be used only toward PharmDL deliveries.

Our collection, use, and protection of your protected health information ("PHI") is described in our HIPAA Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. By using PharmDL you consent to these practices.

You agree not to misuse the service, submit false or fraudulent orders, attempt to bypass delivery or security controls, abuse the referral program, or use PharmDL for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits without refund.

PharmDL services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, specific delivery times, or the availability of any medication from a partner pharmacy. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party pharmacies, providers, or recipients.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmDL's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid PharmDL for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months. In no event is PharmDL liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
