- •Your protected health information is encrypted (AES-256) and used only to facilitate your delivery.
- •Your PHI is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
- •Full HIPAA Compliance Notice is available in your account settings.
Cancellation & Return Policy
- •Memberships can be cancelled anytime from your account or by contacting support.
- •If no delivery or subscription benefit has been used, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of activation.
- •Once any delivery or subscription benefit has been used, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
- •Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved.
- •Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
